Our policy applies only to the Applications we provide. It does not apply to other services you use to obtain our Applications, to services of others that you might find by using our Applications, or to other services that may coexist with our Applications or interact with it either on a mobile device or on the Internet (such as Facebook or Foursquare). Information Collection and Use

Account Information

When you sign up with us, we will collect certain limited information to identify and reach you, such as your name and email address, as well as your chosen password to authenticate your access to our service. We may also collect information about your other accounts, such as your login credentials and other information regarding your accounts on third-party feeds and services (such as Facebook, Instagram and Foursquare) that may interact with our service. We also collect information about your relationships with other users on social media services that interact with our Services.

Application Data

All of the photos and data that you create, edit, share and store is deemed 100% private to you.

Feeds and Web Services

As a user of the service, you will have the option of granting us access to your accounts with certain third-party feeds and services. By granting us access to your accounts with third-party feeds and services, you understand that we will access and collect content from these third-party services. This information may include your name, the names of those you interact with, your username, the usernames of those you interact with, your location (past and present), media (such as photos and videos) and the times and dates the data was originally published, as well as any other information you have shared on these services. Select information that you post to your third-party feeds and services will be viewable via the Services. All content that is collected from these third-party feeds and services is deemed 100% private to you.


As a user of the mobile application, we may access your location information (GPS coordinates) to determine your current location in order to allow proper tagging of your memories, allow you to check into a list of nearby locations, allow you to request photos from friends who are in the same geo-location range as you, and allow your friends to know when you have photos with them from the same geo-location range.  We will not share your current location with any partners, third parties, or users who are not your friends on Facebook, Foursquare, or in your address book on your mobile phone.

You will be asked to provide the App with permission to access this feature the first time you choose to use it. If you do not want us use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application in your mobile phone settings.


We analyze and collect information about your photos and associated metadata, including captions and ratings, date, time and location information, and the camera settings or the name of the hard drive they were stored on. This metadata is collected anonymously and we may use the information gathered to provide all of our users with a better experience. We will never look at the underlying private photos in your account unless we have received your consent to do so.

Protection of User Information and Associated Metadata

Except as otherwise provided below, your data and associated metadata are deemed private to you, and is not made available to other users or to visitors of the service.

You may choose to make available your data, associated metadata, or other personally-identifying information, to other users of the service, and in such case, we may share such information as authorized by you through the service.

You may also choose to make available such information by sending it via email to other users and/or individuals not using the App or service. In such case, we may so share the information, and the subsequent use of such information will be subject to the terms of such third party services, as applicable.

Protection of Other Personally Identifying Information

We may disclose your information to our employees and contractors only for the purpose of administering and providing our technology and service. Our employees and contractors have agreed to not disclose your information to others.

In order to keep our service stable and running securely, we may engage a number of highly trusted third parties, including storage providers and analytics providers. When necessary, we may share your information with these parties in order to deliver the best experience possible. When it comes to third party providers, we will always do what’s best to maintain your privacy and security. As such, your personally identifying information—including your name and email address—will never be sold to third parties.

Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Aggregated Data and Statistics

We may collect data, analytics, and statistics about the behavior of users using trusted third party partners. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Applications and our Services.

Opt Out

You can stop all collection of information by the Applications easily by uninstalling the Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile phone or desktop machine. You can also request to opt-out via email, at

Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our Communications With You

If you created an account or supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with our service. We would however keep this type of emails to a minimum.

Our Policy Toward Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible, which may require terminating an account.

We reserve the right, at any time, modify and revise this policy so please review it frequently.
